For shooting and stickhandling players can wear athletic shoes or skates, gloves are highly recommended.  If a player is using skates any protective gear can be worn to the players comfort level.

For goaltending, full gear is required

Absolutely, we highly encourage you to book the days and times that work best for you in advance before the schedule fills up.

Yes, we are here to help every player of every age and skill level work on their game.  If you have specific needs or skills that you would like to work on, just ask and we will do our best to make it happen.

We require 24 hours' notice to cancel a session out of respect to our instructors and other clients.  We also understand that life doesn't always work that way; please reach out as soon as possible and discuss what options might be available if a short-notice cancellation is necessary.

Yes. We’re happy to advise players and families on recruiting pathways, camps, and offseason training options. Our guidance is unbiased and player-first, we do not favor one program, camp, or organization over another.  Recommendations are based on what best fits each athlete’s age, goals, development needs, and long-term trajectory.

We believe players deserve honest advice and access to development, not pressure to follow a single pathway.  Our focus remains where it should be: skill development, hockey IQ, and helping players make informed decisions, not maximizing fees or limiting options.  The right opportunity is the one that helps each player reach the Next Level.
